This exhibition, «Luces de Amor, Lágrimas de Neón», presents a series of acrylic paintings that trace love as a changing emotional terrain, moving between exhilaration, tenderness, longing, and grief. Bold colour fields and sharp black outlines intensify the figures and gestures: some works evoke the abundance of new love and the quiet stability of lasting affection, while others dwell on sorrow and the pain of unrequited or lost love. Crystals embedded along the tear trails catch the light, pointing to beauty within despair and to resilience as an underlying thread. The overall palette remains deliberately life-affirming, aligning with what I describe as “hopeful art.”
